- Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders

However, if you need to return an item, please contact the shop prior to return. Do not send your items back without first hearing back from the shop. We are unable to process refunds if you do not get a confirmation from the shop first. Return shipping is the buyer responsibility. Contact the shop within 5 days to start the return process.

Bracelets are made on stretch elastic cord that is sized according to the size you select. Please take care when taking your bracelet on and off (rolling is better than pulling). Also, avoid getting your bracelet wet.
