I ordered a bracelet for my sister's birthday. I did not think it would arrive on time because I ordered it too close to the day of her birthday. Heather personally made sure the bracelet was shipped on time in order to be delivered on her birthday and IT WAS! My sister loved loved her bracelet! She can't find bracelets that fit her wrist.
